1. Read Luke’s account leading up to Jesus’ birth ( Luke 1:26-Luke 2:21). Recognize when fear and joy are mentioned.
2. What would your joy grade be amongst your relationships?
3. Do you find yourself living in fear more than joy?
4. Have asked for help working thru your trauma? Will you express some now amongst
your group?
5. Commit to writing or saying aloud, each day, what you are anticipating and appreciative of for the D/W/M. Watch how your joy center slowly grows.
