WHAT IS PCO GROUPS?

WHAT IS PCO GROUPS?

Think of PCO Groups as the church’s master directory of groups and group members. Every group at StoneWater lives here so we can see the big picture of connection across all campuses. PCO Groups is the tool we use to track group participation, communicate with members, and care well for the people God has entrusted to us. We use it for all group setups and communication so that no one slips through the cracks and everyone stays connected.

WHY WE USE IT:

WHY WE USE IT:

It gives us one clear place to track groups, members, and communication. This helps us know how many groups exist, who’s in a group, and where we need to help people get connected.

WHAT NOT TO DO:

WHAT NOT TO DO:

Don’t change photos, tags, or descriptions in PCO. Those are managed by the Communications team since they show up publicly on the website. If something needs an update (photo, name, description, etc.), just fill out the request form. Comms usually turns these around in 2 business days.
